It's meant to be King George IV and the ghost of King George III
The joke is, in most of the sketches George III is in, he mentions a banana (he's crazy)....and he's now haunting his son as punishment for him being happy when he died XP

.....That made no sense
I couldn't find the vid where IV is happy about his dads death (as he gets to be king) but I did find a song with both of them in [link]
